In Colombia, SimDesignsCo launch various sceneries, including among them SKMZ La Nubia Airport Manizales.

Its sloped and short runway is not the only interesting feature. The photoreal surroundings with Autogen, 3D people and the fact it’s GSX ready make it very attractive too. Also exists for FSX.
