Have an eye on RFscenerybuilding, they are currently working on various airports upgrades for P3D5.
After LJLJ Ljubljana in Slovenia, there is now also LIMF Turin Caselle in Italy to join their airports sceneries compatible with the new Lockheed Martin simulator. A small fee grants access to the P3D5 product if you have paid before for the older P3D FSX version.
