HOUSTON – March 11, 2023 – In a livestream with FSElite, Flight Simulation Association (FSA) today confirmed more than 50 hardware, software, training, and community organizations are participating in this year’s FlightSimExpo. This represents the largest initial exhibitor announcement in the show’s history.
2023’s headline hardware sponsors include Honeycomb Aeronautical, Thrustmaster, and SimFab, maker of modular racing and flight simulation cockpits founded in 2010.

The show is also happy to welcome back Diamond Sponsors Navigraph, Lockheed Martin – Prepar3D, and Laminar Research—which has a 600 sq. ft. display for attendees to explore and enjoy the world of X-Plane. iniBuilds, a cutting-edge simulation software company with extensive expertise in imagery, modelling, and systems, makes their first appearance at the show, while PMDG returns as a Diamond Sponsor. The event also thanks simMarket/simFlight, a platform used by developers and publishers since 1997 for their continued support.

“We are thrilled with this early and overwhelming level of support,” says Evan Reiter, co-founder of FSA. “Our unique fly-in venue—coupled with this incredible and varied set of partners—has got us counting down the minutes until we’re back together again in Houston.”

FlightSimExpo is the place to see product reveals and get your hands on the latest in flight simulation technology. This year’s schedule includes a series of reveals on Friday, June 23, including from Thrustmaster, FastCow Productions, Allied Cockpit Equipment, TFDi Design, Virtual Fly North America, and Honeycomb. The full schedule will be released in the coming weeks.

The show is also the public debut of the Yawman Arrow, the fusion of a traditional handheld gaming controller and the unique flight controls found on aircraft of all sizes: “Having spent the last two years working on the Arrow, FSExpo is the perfect setting for Yawman to introduce our new handheld designed specifically for the flight simming community,” said Thomas Nield co-founder of Yawman Flight.

The event is grateful for the support of Platinum and Gold Sponsors, including the Q8Pilot channel, which has been producing reviews, guides, and tutorials for desktop flight sims since 2015. Other confirmed sponsors and exhibitors include:
• Altimeter Motives
• Blackbird Simulations
• GeoFS
