My order does not appear in my order history. Why?
First, check you’re visiting the shop where you purchased it. It may be simMarket or Aerosoft shop. If that’s really the case, contact with the sales support of the respective shop (send a Ticket if it is simMarket) with maximum informations about your order to solve it. You should have received an order confirmation by email at least.
