Newly released by SkySpirit2012 is their freeware Canadair Regional Jet 1000 (CRJ-1000) ‘megapack’ for FS9.
The new pack features the longest “stretch” of the CRJ series,with numerous eye-candy and more serious additions, such as a pushback cart, along with multiple liveries. The description provided does not specify whether the aircraft comes with a 2d panel, let alone a VC, but even if you have to source a 2d panel to fly the aircaft with, the list of functions, along with the price, will probably make doing so worth your while.
