AFLOSIM brought Sofia Airport to MSFS world. Sofia Airport (IATA: SOF, ICAO: LBSF) (Bulgarian: Летище София, romanized: Letishte Sofiya) is the main international airport of Bulgaria, located 10 km (6.2 mi) east of the centre of the capital Sofia. The airport has a 11811 x 148 feet / 3600 x 45 meters 09/27 runway, and serves as the home base for BH Air, Bulgaria Air, European Air Charter and GullivAir, and as a base for both Ryanair and Wizz Air. The airport also houses the Bulgarian Air Force’s Vrazhdebna Air Base.
The airport turned 85 years old in September 2022 as stated on its official website: “It has become a symbol of the capital preserving aviation traditions from the dawning of Bulgarian aviation, through periods of development, difficulties and changes, to the successes and many occasions for pride”.
Although AFLOSIM didn’t list the airport’s features, we still can see terminal/building external modelling, custom hangers, custom objects/vehicles/lights/lines, dynamic lights from the screenshots. The price is €14.89 without VAT.
