Philipp Bauer reports that he has released version 0.3.0 of his Virtual Dispatch freeware flightplanner software. VD assists you in creating detailed flight plans including an operational flight plan, providing a map view of your route, give weather and airport briefings and exporting routes for the most used Flight Simulator add-ons like PMDG, PSS, LevelD, Wilco/Feelthere, vasFMC, Flight1 Fokker, Project Magenta and of course into FS2004 and FSX format.
