I’m probably the nth person saying this, but here is my opinion:
You should probably choose a system that’s very different from the old 737NG, except the FMS, i think, because that would exceed the scope of your tutorial. Maybe something like the electrical system, or maybe the HUD (if there’s really that much to it).
Or, better yet, maybe some tips on how to pass from the NG to the NGX.
Bottom line: if you’re going to do it, you might as well do something that’s introductory to flying the NGX. Something like quick-start video.
Either way, we’ll all love it 😉
