This isn’t a new project or release, but it is one that I’ve only just heard of thanks to a Facebook feed from a friend and a forum post here at simFlight.
Apparently the project started with a simple request for a repaint from Garry J Smith, who many of you will have heard of or at least seen repaints from over the years, but with sponsorship and what looks like a huge amount of research from Mr Edward C. Moore, the project has grown to become over 360 liveries for the default Ford Tri-Motor from MS Flight Simulator 2004!
The repaints cover primarily real world operators, but also some fictional and fun ones thrown in as well, so if you are one of the many people still using FS9, take a look at the Ford Tri-Motor Project site.
