Started in last September, the negociation for the merge of EADS and BAE Systems groups has been cancelled.
It would have been a new space, defense and aircraft manufacturing European giant group on top of billions turnover .. but, the British government and regulator expectations didn’t match the Germans’. Each state participation rate in the new group, headquarters location and the commercial policy towards BAE customers in USA have raised questions lately, and it seems like all answers were not giving enough satisfaction to all the people involved.
