Tampa International airport, KTPA, is located just west of Tampa, Florida. The airport has three runways; 10/28@6,999ft, 19L/1R@8,300ft and 19R/1L@11,002ft. The airport has a centrally located main terminal with 4 satellite (airside) terminals around the outside that are connected via an elevated APM, automated people mover system. Tampa was the first airport to employ this type of configuration. With over 16 million passengers using the facility in 2009 it was the 26th busiest airport in North America as far as passenger traffic goes.

Aircraft development house A2A Simulations have uploaded images of what will presumably be the next release in their FSX-only  “Accu-Sim” collection of highly detailed models, covering early models of the classic British World War II Supermarine Spitfire fighter. In keeping with their usual silence over potential release dates, we’re not allowed to know how long we have to wait to take this thing into the virtual skies, but there are a number of new in-development interior and exterior screenshots of the Mk.Ia aircraft that can be seen on their forum, here.

Scott Gentile of A2A Simulations has announced the release of the latest FSX add-on from their “Aircraft Factory” line – the WW2 Luftwaffe Heinkel He219 “Uhu” (Owl) Night Fighter.
